Here are the details you’ve been waiting for, regarding The Lookout Condo’s at 507 Kingston Road.
This 8-storey, 30 unit development consists of townhomes and condominiums, in the heart of the Upper Beaches. The building has great architecture and is in a fantastic location – close to amenities, parks, transit, trendy Queen E., and of course, the lake. The layouts are unique, with all of the units having balconies or terraces. The building will be elevated above the ground floor on the south side so almost every unit has a view.
All interior finishes will be of high standard, with quality, full-size appliances, gas stoves and separate wall ovens. Feature electric fireplaces with brick surround will be standard in every suite. All units are 2, 2+den, 3 or 3+den units. We anticipate this to be a predominantely owner occupied building. The building will have a party room and gym space. It will not have a concierge given its size.
The building will also have 2 stunning two-storey Penthouse units with private pools and stellar views.
Zoning process is in final stages and we anticipate occupancy by the end of 2020/early 2021.
